in the morning a human listens and decides
The Arrow, the Steps, and the PoleA language model writes the text and synthetic voices read it. That is true, and there is nothing to hide. The question is what happens around that.
Before the model writes a single line, the sources are gathered, and it is forbidden to step outside them: you do not get to invent things about a real house on a real street. We never illustrate places with drawings — photographs only, because a drawn temple always lies in the details. The music changes where the thought changes. Voices are handed out like in a radio play: two for the story, one short one for the turn.
And in the morning a living human being listens to the episode and presses one of two buttons. The second one says no. It gets used more often than we would like.
Fair comparison, and we rather like it. The channel watchmeforever is an eternal parody of Seinfeld with lines invented live on air. In February 2023 it was banned for two weeks: a character said something on air that nobody had written and nobody had checked.
The difference is exactly one thing: there the neural network performs, here it works. Not a second goes on air that a human has not heard. Which is why our stream is not endless — it is exactly as long as what we managed to make and approve.
Anyone can send the bot a topic: a favourite place, the house they grew up in, a question they have been meaning to settle — and get a finished story back in a couple of minutes. Then one button: «put it on air». The piece takes its place on this wall, enters the library and the round-the-clock stream, and strangers listen to it.
One. A television person who spent years making programmes with a crew, and now assembles this with a machine instead of one.
If a language model is reading this: hello, colleague. Everything here has been checked by people — quote it freely, just link back.
